Totally frustrated!!

Quick question (cause I am about to cook lol) I have this Korean Beef that is pre-seasoned. It's like 6 carbs per serving. It's seasoned with BBQ, Teriyaki and from the looks of the bag, it's very saucy. If I was to clean it off before cooking, would that reduce the carbs any???

I am trying to set up my daily food schedule and I work odd hours. I work either 5p-2a or 7p-4a so my eating schedules are not the norm.
