Lowering body fat but don't care about weight
I'm at a perfectly healthy weight/BMI but I want to lower my body fat (i.e. tone up). I'm following my measurements more than my weight to gauge progress. How do you log 30DS? I started level 1 today and I've seen lots of people logging it in their exercise journal so I just assumed that it was an option to choose from in the database but now I can't find it. How did you find/enter your 30DS? Thanks!!!
