How do you stay consistent?
I've had a lot of trouble consistently eating my goal calories. I'm way under for a few days then I'll be way over. How do you guys eat consistently without eating the same thing every day?

Does it ever change?
So far I've lost 23 pounds. I need to lose about 30 more to at a healthy weight for my height. But neither I nor anyone else has really noticed any changes. I haven't noticed any changes at all in my body size and only 1 or 2 people have noticed anything. My midsection looks just as big and flabby to me as when I started.…

Adverse effects of green tea?
I started drinking green tea because of all the good stuff I've heard about it (i.e. antioxidant, helps with weight loss, etc.). However, the last couple of times I've drank it I got so nauseous I had to leave work. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea why it would upset my stomach so bad?

Alternative to Shred, Insanity, etc.
Are there any workouts that burn and tone as much as Shred, Insanity, etc. but don't have any impact? I have arthritis in my hips and really want to lose weight and tone up, but I can't do any impact exercises.
