I used to drink coffee, but went to green tea to cut out the sweetener & creamer. It upset my stomach a little, but nothing this. I was using green tea bags, Lipton, I think.

I'm really bad about just sitting around eating junk when I'm at home and I'm bored. And sugary treats used to get me all the time. Losing weight has definitely helped me be motivated not to eat so much junk. And I've found if I want something sweet black or red grapes hit the spot most of the time.

I did Tae-Bo for at least a year and lost quite a bit of weight. And, no, I never looked anything like Billy Blanks. I would love to look like the girls on the video though, they were very lean and toned.
