My goal at the moment is to try and get some visible definition to my abs but I am struggling a bit. Do any women have tips on what to eat/ what workouts to do?
So far I've lost 11lb over the last two months, but trousers that fit but were a little snug are still too tight for me to wear to work :( I'm wondering whether the scales are lying to me! Roughly how much weight would I need to lose to drop half a size? I'm currently a UK size 12 and the trousers are a size ten
I had my first session with a personal trainer, and he told me to eat more throughout the day, do less cardio and mostly resistance training. Does this sound like it could work??
I always seem to be well below recommended intakes for calcium and iron. Does anyone have tips on what foods I could add to keep these up, other than fatty things like cheese?
