Sounds delicious. I think right now I could eat an entire Colin the caterpillar cake by accident.

Hi, I am looking for new mfp friends to help keep me motivated. I am 31, 5”7 and 145lb. Great job with your weight loss so far!

I’m in Colchester. Trying to get in shape for my wedding in April.

I've been logging for 60 days now and I've hit a bit of a plateau :/ looking for some fitness friends to help me stay motivated

The weirdest thing I have ever seen at the gym is my face in the mirror when i'm trying to do weights. Hilarious

I dated a girl who onceasked me what the word 'anatomy' meant. It didn't work out

Real cheese (now i only have cottage cheese), and kebab meat with chips from the local takeaway :( Makes me hungry just thinking about it

Looks used to be important to me, but once I fell in love I found that they truly don't matter at all. When I first met my bf i had no attraction to him at all; now that I'm in love with him I can't get enough :P

My fridge contains half a pint of milk and a third of a jar of pasta sauce . . . I've been too lazy to go shopping
-
You look beautiful! Good work :)

I was debating doing the juice fast as well out of frustration, but honestly I think it'll be a waste of time . . . after going back to eating normally the pounds will be likely to pile back on again plus some extra! Hang in there and stay strong :)
-
Thanks for the advice :) I'll try to lift heavier weights. I'm still pretty weak at the moment though :P
-
I might as well just give up now! I don't think I could manage to ever lose that much . . and not sure I'd want to because it would bring my bmi to underweight I think . Great job by the way :)

I exercise around 3-4 times a week, including one session with a personal trainer, and do a mix of cardio and strength training; mostly strength training
-
Thanks :) My goal was to tone up and to lose about a stone. . . I was really only doing intense 30 min cardio work outs at the gym. I'll try to stick to the plan he's given me!

SW: 150 CW: 150 GW for April: 142 UGW: 130 I joined the gym two weeks ago after I quit smoking, and I've been trying to go for at least 45 minutes 5 times a week. Hopefully that will get me to my goal weight!

I'm looking to lose about 20, can I add you?? :)

I eat this way too, it's a real problem! I live on my own so I just try not to keep much food in the house that I can snack on (and I will snack on literally anything when I'm stressed). Or I just go to the gym to distract myself, or have soup because it feels filling.
