The last time I weighed this much was....
The last time I was at this weight was probably after high school, pre-freshman fifteen (twenty or thirty). So it got me wondering, if you're at your goal weight or beyond, when is the last time you've been the current weight you are, if ever? (Obviously in adulthood). For me it was probably about 12 years ago!

It seems that I don't have a lot of motivational friends here on MFP, so I get discouraged rather quickly then I feel better when I go into the success stories and see everyone who's been doing such a good job. Fast Food at the Gym??
So the other day, my workout buddy and I were at the gym, working our butts off, and lo and behold, this woman comes in with her kids (she came in to work out and her kids came in to hang out while she worked out, which is fine) but she brought her kids FAST FOOD to eat while she worked out! It made the entire gym smell…

Bruising Easily
Since I started on MFP and started on the 1200/calorie per day diet, I noticed that I bruise very VERY easily. And the bruises tend to linger for a really long time. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know what is causing this? Am I deficient in some vital nutrient? Thanks! :wink:

What to mix with drinks??
What is the best low-cal mixer for vodka? I know diet soda is SOOOO bad for you, is there another healthy alternative that isn't loaded with sugar and calories?? Maybe green tea?? Any one have anything they use or any ideas??

Black outs while exercising
When I exercise hard, I black out during and get really bad headaches. I am prone to migranes and am on Topamax to prevent them. My headaches after working out are like pressure headaches. Could this be due to poor circulation/lack of oxygen/overheating? Topamax also inhibits your ability to sweat. Anyone else have this…

Fighting Fatigue
Does anyone have any tips for fighting fatigue other than energy drinks/supplements? I have the hardest time getting motivated because of fatigue but don't want to be "wired". I do have hypothyroidism and am on medication for it so I do know what is causing it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! And I am getting…

DAILY CALORIES
How important is it to meet your daily caloric intake? Is it ok to stay under your DCI? Wouldn't that be a good thing? I know you don't want to starve yourself and put your body in "panic" mode, but what if you're getting enough to eat and working out, do you necessarily have to meet your DCI every day?
