Best Snacks for the Gym

I understand the protein thing...but again-the TITLE is what most people will read... now we have to bring SNACKS to the gym? The title is BEST SNACKS TO BRING TO THE GYM- nowhere does anyone in that article write that you need to eat at the gym. So WHY is that the title?

Eat to lose weight and gain muscle. I do take snacks to the gym because sometimes I can't eat before my work out...

I was thinking the exact same thing as I read that.
My favorite are the people who barely work up a sweat on the elliptical trainer for 10 minutes then reward themselves with a huge protein fruit shake. LOL0
