    I understand the protein thing...but again-the TITLE is what most people will read... now we have to bring SNACKS to the gym? The title is BEST SNACKS TO BRING TO THE GYM- nowhere does anyone in that article write that you need to eat at the gym. So WHY is that the title?
    Pahleez...it's the same typical WRONG message being sent out to many people....eat eat eat... Uhg- this is the crap I just hate to see

    I was thinking the exact same thing as I read that.

    My favorite are the people who barely work up a sweat on the elliptical trainer for 10 minutes then reward themselves with a huge protein fruit shake. LOL
