Constantly going over my Sugar intake...

Constantly under my calorie goal.
Based on my weight loss goals, my daily calorie goal is 1810 calories. I end the day at least 200 calories under that every night, and never eat my exercise calories (I fitness bootcamp twice a week, run once a week, and curcuit train twice a week). My journey... so far...
Was around 305 when my son was born 4 years ago. Lost about 50 that following year. Gained about a half of that back the following two years. On January 3rd of this year, I weighed 273 pounds. Losing those last few "belly" pounds...
So, after the journey from 273 pounds all the way to 193, I have set my initial goal weight at 185 pounds. I'd like to be 175-180 but 185 is right on the high size of a "healthy" BMI for my height (6'0"). So I figured that would be a nice goal to set for now.
