Constantly under my calorie goal.

Based on my weight loss goals, my daily calorie goal is 1810 calories. I end the day at least 200 calories under that every night, and never eat my exercise calories (I fitness bootcamp twice a week, run once a week, and curcuit train twice a week). I never go to bed hungry, and I'm losing weight at around a pound per week, but I'm afraid that I may be losing muscle, and not fat, as I'm still a little "loose around the middle".

I feel as though I should just keep going the way I am, as it seems to be working and I'm not at my goal weight yet. I'm just looking for insight about the dangers, if any, of not hitting your calorie goal every day.

If you are worried about losing lean muscle mass then maybe make up those extar calories with a protein shake right after your workouts. Most of them are around 150-200 calories, easy to fit in and will help muscles rebuild after your workouts. As long as you're not under your BMR is won't hurt to be 200 under your goal.
