I got 2 “Athletic Fit” size XL shirts that are a little too tight right now for Christmas. One is a Mets shirt, the others an Islanders shirt. My goal is to wear the Mets one by Opening Day (March 26th) and the Islanders one by the beginning of the playoffs (1st week of April)

Because of kids and other family obligations, I usually don't head to the gym or go running until 8:30-9pm. Don't know how true it is, but an article I read said that it doesn't matter how late you eat, but you should give your body a period of at least 10-12 hours of no eating, to let your metabolism "reset" itself.

I usually eat some of it back. For example... I run the equivlant of a 5k around my neighborhood 3 times a week, and at the pace I go, I should be burning close to 450 calories during that run. Agreed. I think people confuse getting rid of belly fat and gaining "Six Pack Abs". You can do crunches and squats and lunges all day long for months, but continue to eat garbage, and you'll never get a 6 Pack.
