I find it interesting in reading the responses to this question to see how many of us have a very large gap between our highest and lowest weight. I am like many of you in that at my lowest weight (at 35) I was definitely too thin.

    Male, 37, 5'11"

    Heaviest: 229 lbs (2011)
    Lightest: 168 lbs (2005)
    Current: 218 lbs
    Goal: 180 lbs

The scale reading is just a number and doesn't take body composition into account.
I look better today at 218 lbs then I did ten years ago at 218 lbs due to weight lifting.

I've always been in the 135-145 range until I quit smoking 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made but not weight wise.

I'm not quiet sure on the actual weights because I never wanted to get on a scale. The only one I am sure of is the weight I began here with.
    5'11''
HW: Maybe 275-300lbs? I wore a size 26/28 in clothes.
    LW: Pre babies ( 12 yrs ago ) I was maybe 150lbs and wore a size 5/7.
CW: I started here at 215 and in a size 14.
GW: 175 is my goal. I want to be in a size 8/10.
