is this true or rubbish?
someone told me it takes about a fortnight for the food you have eaten to take affect on your body,what i mean is if you have a bad week where you eat junk food and crap and go over the top with your calorie intake it wont show on the scales till a fortnight later if you dont burn them of,thats not right is it?

hi i have managed to lose 75 lbs so far in 8 months through a lot of exercise and watching cals,i have mainly done cardio,lots of running ,swimming,cycling,and walking but very little resistance or strength work the only thing i do is use the resistance bands on ea active for the wii now and again but i normally opt out…

foods you eat?
i have put in my details in the goals part to lose one and a half pounds a week,its given me my cals i can have a day plus fat carbs and protein amounts,my question is does it matter what sort of foods i eat as long as i stay in these guidelines?
