i do very little weight training at the minute and when i do its light weights,i do mainly cardio stuff i love running try and do 15 miles a week

trust me get a hrm,polar if you can at least a f6 model you wont regret it,i would not be without mine now i have one theres no more guessing how many cals burned doing workouts,dont trust cals on machines can be very wrong even sites like this one which is brilliant can be out,you could go to 10 different sites to work…
