Give us some background. How hard do you work out? Are you able to meet at least 30% protein a day. If you're having trouble, I'd say yes. If not, I'd say no. If you're not really working out too hard (taking it easy, starting off) or not strength training/weight lifting, I'd say no.

I was wondering the same thing about a month ago. Someone recommended a product called Shakeology. Here is some info on it:
Shakeology is a patent-pending nutritional protein shake that provides a wide spectrum of healthy nutrients in a low-calorie formula. Whether you use it as a meal replacement for weight loss or simply
to ensure your body gets all the nutrients it needs for optimal health, Shakeology takes the guesswork out of nutrition.

Shakeology includes whey protein isolate, an easily absorbable source of high-quality protein that's ideal for building and maintaining lean muscle mass. It also helps keep your blood sugar steady, reducing hunger and junk food cravings. Essential amino acids, found in protein, help the body repair muscle tissue and heal wounds; support the brain to promote calmness and alertness; and reduce hunger pangs. The whey protein in Shakeology provides a highly bioavailable source of essential amino acids.
