Well ive been going to the gym a few times a week, swimming a few times a week and ive changed from snacks like well full of calories to weight watchers snacks :) and im delighted weighed myself after just over 2 weeks, thought great ive lost 3lbs! but didnt check it properly so later decided to weigh myself again to get the correct weight loss and actually ive lost 5 lbs!! haha yaay! so happy! 2 more lbs and ive lost half a stone :)
