Walking
Okay, so the other day I walked 9 miles in just under 2 hours, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how fast I was walking. I tracked it as 4.0 mph, do you think that is right? Thank you :)

trying to maintain
I have been trying to maintain my weight and so far I have lost another 3 lbs. I know I just need to eat more. but by the end of the day I'm stuffed and I can't even think about putting more in me. Today I had some chocolate :) I thought that might help....hahhaha I know it can't hurt

from 196 to 127
I started out wearing a size 16 and all I wanted to do was get back down in a healthy size 9, well I'm down to a 4/3. I'm the smallest I have ever been and healthy. I set my goal weight to 145, then 135, then 125...haha....I don't think I'm going to make the 125 and I'm okay with that too. Like I said I only wanted to be a…

30 day Shred
I finished the Jillian 30 day Shred yesterday.....and here is my results: I lost 10 lbs,in inches I lost: Chest 2.5", Stomach 2", Hips 1" and Thighs 1.25" a total of 6.75" That's pretty good I think....and I'm 9 lbs away from my goal weigh now :)

I really need some advice!
June 9th my husband had part of his foot cut off, he is a diabetic, he wants to know what kind of cardio exercise he can do, with out putting pressure on that foot. He still can't get in the water so he can't swim. Please if anyone knows something that could help us that would be great, thank you
