So I've found a lot of NZ foods have very simple nutritional information (eg carbs, protein, fat, sodium only). If there's a simple ingredient that we know the nutritional info for, should we add in that info? For example: I buy NZ-brand rolled oats. I want to track my iron intake. So the weather has just got a whole lot colder, and I've been a whole lot hungrier. I can't keep meeting my calorie targets (I've been over every day this week, the longest stretch this year). Are other people feeling the same? Should my target be going up - or could I count it somehow?
