Am I crazy?
I've lost a total of 60LBS from my heaviest weight and I feel more self conscious about my body now than I ever did when I was heavier. I'm doing NROL4W and I have seen good changes in my body, but the "fitter" i get the more inadequate I feel. Is that normal? It's not that I even feel motivated it's more like I'm not good…

Why do people do this?
So, I usually take lunch to work and it almost always includes greek yogurt. I buy the larger tubs because they're ost efficient, and I can leave it in the fridge at work. Anyway, I always measure out the yogurt when serving myself for obvious reasons and someone always has to make the commment "YOU MEASURE YOUR FOOD? WHY?…

NROL4W: How long does your routine take?
Hi Ladies: Just wondering how long your stage 1 routine takes, I timed mine last night and it was 24 mins. I dunno, I'm used to being a cardio bunny and working out for 45mins+, i feel like I'm not doing enough. Anyone else feel the same? Anyone with awesome results, please feel free to tell!

hi all, i guess the topic explains itself? i'm on the fence on whether to eat at maintenance or above, i do not want larger muscles per say, but i do want the definition. is that only achievable through larger muscles or will my muscles be more defined with fat loss?
