Chalean Extreme - Caloric Intake Help!! - CLX - 5'4 113.4 29

hi.

i am starting chalean extreme soon, and i find myself a little confused as to how many calories i should be eating. i am finishing up insanity this week, and I've been eating at TDEE -15% plus exercise calories, so usually around ~1800. per the chalean extreme nutrition guide, i should be eating 1672 to lose the last few pounds or 1822 to maintain/tone.

should i be eating the calories i burn back, based on my HRM monitor reading? or should i just eat the 1672/1822, period?

i did do a thread search, but it didn't come back with an answer. thank you in advance. :flowerforyou:

Height: 64 inches
Weight: 113.4
Job: Sedentary
Workout: Chalean Extreme (strength training)

edited: to note that i am confused because it's strength training as opposed to cardio!

    I;d sugest that you keep eating the same amount you're eating now and adjust if you need to. All these numbers can be very confusing! As for C E, there are also cardio workouts on the days you're not lifting.
