NROL4W: How long does your routine take?

Hi Ladies:

Just wondering how long your stage 1 routine takes, I timed mine last night and it was 24 mins. I dunno, I'm used to being a cardio bunny and working out for 45mins+, i feel like I'm not doing enough.

Anyone else feel the same?

Anyone with awesome results, please feel free to tell!

Thanks for asking this question. I take about 20-22 minutes for Stage 1, and I feel like I'm slacking!!! Oh, and at first I was losing weight really well, but now I've plateaued and this week the scale is going up! I'm ready to scream!!! But I will not give up! :explode:

Don't worry they get longer and harder! Enjoy the "easy" workouts while you can! You will love the results, just keep going!

Weight lifting can cause you to gain weight due to water retention in muscles. It's normal, so don't give up. The water weight should come off in a couple weeks.

I gets progressively harder...my wife thought the same thing when she started and then I looked at the program and just told her to enjoy the "good times" while they last. It's kinda like the first few weeks of school...you know...before all the **** hits the fan. Pretty soon you'll be begging for your life if you do it right.
