Has anyone else friended someone on MFP, met them and then started working out? I was just wondering if there was somewhere on the site to do that. I would like to find someone in my area to maybe workout with from time to time. Didn't know if this was part if the purpose of MFP or not.

The power of pH
Has anyone read about putting more alkaline into your diet and less acid to help maintain your body's pH levels? Is this some type of fad diet or is it the real deal. Im reading a book in it now and it sounds legit. The practices seem easy to incorporate into my diet now. Just thought I'd get some advise before I try it.

How do I exercise with my heart condition?
I am 29. I have paroxysmal tachycardia. My normal resting HR is 100-120 bmp. If my HR gets to 150 bmp I faint or get sick and vomit, then faint. What type of exercise should I be doing?

Need help with my food diary.
I don't eat meat. Not for the reason's you may think. I don't like the texture. Before I started this my diet mostly consisted of rice, pasta and vegetables and fruit.
