Still have more to go, but since July I have lost 34lbs. I plan to get down to 125lbs if I can pull it off. Loving myself for the first time in my life. I have worked very hard to get to where I am now. me at 195 me at 163.5 If I can do it you can definitely do it!

Okay so I tend to not go to bed until between 2 and 4 a.m. I usually have the last bit of something to eat after midnight. I have been doing 100 every day, with either a 12 lb dumbbell or a 30 lb kettlebell. should i still add, being a female, or should i just make sure to stick with what i am already doing, since i made it more challenging by adding in the weights?
