I had my third child, via cesarian surgery on July 9th, 2012. Since that day, I have lost 35lbs. I still have 35lbs to go. I have started watching my calorie intake, which is surprisingly making me take in more calories, yes I really don't understand it either. I have also started weight lifting and strength training every other day, and the other days of the week I am focusing on cardio! I still have a long way to go, but I am always halfway there. I just need to find new ways to get the rest of the weight off, and get rid of the excess belly, thigh, butt, and breast that I don't want!

Tips and advice is always welcome, as well as friends who are determined to get their weight off and/or become a healthier person, as well!

ANY ADVICE FOR THAT LAST BIT OF BELLY FAT PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND LET ME KNOW! MY BIGGEST GOAL IS TO GET RID OF THAT!

AWE Thanks Country! Gotta give credit to the outfit on this one though haha. I didn't expect it to make me look like I weigh 130 when I really weigh 160 now!

Its a very sexy outfit, and theres a very sexy woman in it! :) Keep up the hard work and you will exceed your goals! We will alllll be here along with ya ;)
  • Here is the trick never sto, never stop excersising and never stop watch what you eat. I have struggled my whole life and at one point lost over 100lbs, but I didn't keep it up. People will try to discourage you, "don't lose anymore weight, you'll look to thin. They are just worried. If they are heavy they don't want to be the only one, if they are thin, they are afraid of the competition. They don't mean to be selfish they just are protecting themselves. Keep it up you look great!!!

Thank you! I don't plan on stopping and actually with any other outfit I think I look much bigger. For my height and age, I am technically still overweight. underweight would be at around 110 to 112 lbs, but I am looking to get into the healthy range and be 125, 135 tops
