Question about N.O. Fury elite series caplets

Yes, I am a female. I have lost 35 lbs since having my son. I got the mirena put in and two days later was still the same weight. started the n.o. fury elite series 60 caplets thing, since i am now weight lifting every other day. ive been taking three pills a day, which is what it says. ive been busting my a** (excuse the language) for a while and WAS half way to my weight loss goal. I understand that building muscles make you gain some weight, before you lose weight, but i have gained 10lbs over the past two weeks. less than two weeks actually. is this because of the pills? I am also taking jillian michaels 14 day thing where right now i have been taking her detox/cleansing pills, so i know its not those! Any hints and ideas about this would be so great. Never worked out like this before in my entire life, and have been so happy the last two months with how everything has gone in my life and thanks to seeing another five lbs weight gain on the scale this morning, i have been crying on and off.

nothing on earth should make you gain 10 pounds in two weeks.
I definitely wouldn't be taking garbage detox pills. your body is designed to cleanse itself.
eat properly. drink water.0 -
It's not the pills, it is because of your vigorous daily workout and what you are eating you are only netting 200 calories a day sometimes. Your body is surely creating fat cells and storing everything it can because of the lack of nutrition you are providing it. You must eat to have your metabolism work properly. The MFP recommendation is never to net less than 1200 calories a day, when was the last time you did that?0

I know right! Well, I usually have to force myself but lately i have been eating between 1000 and 1500 calories every day. I used to eat less than probably 600 a day, but i was never hungry and only ever ate once a day. since i started these pills, i check my weight a week ago and was up 5 to 165 and today its saying 170. i had lost 35 lbs until the past two weeks.0

Depending on the dose of creatine mono in NO Fury (can't tell as it's in a prop blend), you could be holding onto a bit more water than usual. Nothing to worry about, but that is a pretty crappy product based on it's profile0 -

you've probably crashed your metabolism..
and creatine can cause water retention, especially if you aren't drinking enough water.
up the water and see what happens.0 -
I have actually went from drinking no water to between 6 and 8 glasses a day. =( I seriously work out every single day and have been since before i took these and now all of a sudden i am gaining quicker than i did in all 3 of my past pregnancies. Its scaring the crap out of me. yes if i could tell it was muscle, i would be perfectly happy with that. but i don't see a physical different, i feel it a tiny bit but dont see one, and gaining ten pounds i think i would see it.0

If I crashed it, which Im not fully knowledgeable about, then how to I fix it so that I can start getting the other 35lbs I am trying to lose off?0 -
I'm no expert on fixing a metabolism. but basic things you should be doing are
eating consistently. no more crash days under 1200 cals.
stop working out every day, your body needs a rest. 4-5 days is PLENTY.
drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, that should handle the extra water retention.
quit taking cleanse/detox supplements. they don't do anything.
see if any of those things make a difference.0 -

Thanks. I have been working on making myself eat 1200 every day, and have started doing good at that I think. I do weight lifting every other day, not every day, but the days I dont, i substitute with cardio, which is what everyone has told me to do. I will stop taking the n.o. fury and give it to my husband because he wants to gain anyways lol. hes always complaining his muscles arent big enough0 -

This sounds familiar somehow. By the way, it is Net 1200. If you eat 1200 and exercise away 1100 that is only Net 100. If you are going to be exercise crazy then you need to eat densely caloric food to keep your body nourished.0 -

So I should eat back all of my exercise calories, or just enough to make the net 1200?0
