Still have more to go, but since July I have lost 34lbs. I plan to get down to 125lbs if I can pull it off. Loving myself for the first time in my life. I have worked very hard to get to where I am now.
me at 195
me at 163.5
If I can do it you can definitely do it!

Doll, you have done AMAZING! I hope you are so proud of yourself....you are a vibrant young woman and I look at you, with 3 children at 23 and think - wow....how does she do it! You are to be admired, for accomplishing all you have and for striving towards your goal with such great success.....congrats, my friend - you are gorgeous but better than that you are a great role model for your children to look up to!

Okay lol. Not sure if you are still for or against what I am doing though haha.
I take in 1700 calories and day and generally burn 500, so that I am actually netting 1200 calories every day. Starting today I am taking in 1600 a day and burning 400 to still net the 1200, but to raise the lbs I lose per week. I do cardio every day. I weight lift, either every other day of the week, or monday wednesday and fridays.
I have cut back on my carbohydrates, and raised my protein intake. I have also cut back (most of the time) on my sodium and fat intake. I have cut back on my sugar intake a lot! I cut out pop almost completely. I have one soda at most every week, if I get a headache, I might have a second. I used to be a non breakfast person, but now I eat withing a half hour of me waking up daily.
I try out different exercises and am a stay at home mother of three small children, so I am surprised to find the time to exercise at all some days lol. I have also for the most part cut back on my eating out, and if I do eat out, I try to eat the healthiest thing that still tastes good on the menu, other than my special french fries no salt every now and then at some places lol.
WHAT I USED TO DO- I used to do little to no exercise, and ate once a day, meaning I was taking in 600 calories tops in the day not counting whatever soda I would drink. I drank 0ounces of water (now I am drinking close to 6 8oz glasses if not more than 6 a day).
What happened because of what I used to do- I lost about 15 to 20lbs then stopped losing anything. My metbolism crashed as a result of my eating habits, which I was NOT doing to lsoe weight, I simply ate that little because of the metabolism slowly going into crash mode. I started exercising and still eating the 700 calories max a day, and ended up gaining back 10 lbs in two weeks. So, I started the routine that I am doing now, and in the last 2 weeks have lost 9 of that 10 lbs I recently gained!0
