Detox/Cleanse Suggestions?

Special K?
What are your opinions on the Special K bars / Special K protein waters? I love the bars, but I'm wondering if maybe I should rethink eating them? Also, I would like a little more protein, but I'm a little iffy on using protein powder. With that said, do you think the Special K protein water is a good thing to try?

Just increased my calories :(
I am attempting to gain a few pounds of muscle, or just get more toned in general....I know that I need to eat more now to maintain and gain muscle, but I'm very afraid of gaining the weight I've lost, back. Any thoughts?? I went from 1200 calories a day to 1400, starting today!

Okay, I reached my goal of 135 pounds by eating AT LEAST 1,200 calories a day. I am now starting P90x and I just want to TONE now. Carbs & Sugars :(
I have about 400 calories left in my day BEFORE my workout tonight, and I am already over my Carbs by 59 and my Sugars by 111. The sugars are seriously almost all from my grapes, so they're natural.
