Actually, I am a potato FREAK. So that's a bonus! But I will eat any just about any fruit. Really veggies are the only thing I am not crazy about.

I did the whole calorie thing, and then I tried to work out when I could! But since I was eating so much before that the calorie deficit REALLY made a difference! Haha

Also, the before pictures are between 168-175 pounds! The ones from today are 135 pounds! I went from a size 11/12+ to a size 5/6 & some 4s! :)

Haha, yes! That's why I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas, I have heard all kinds of horror stories about some of those detox/cleanse products out there! But I am definitely not doing it to trim fat! I just need to get all this junk out of my system. I feel sluggish and run down!

Thanks for the advice! I'm trying that as we speak! I just feel so rundown from all the "Group Dinners" & "Family Get Togethers" that have been happening for about a week and a half now. All that bad food has me feeling HORRIBLE!

Well I'm about to start week two (again) of p90x, and I honestly do it about 3-4 days a week. On days that I don't work out, should I eat less? I tried adjusting everything, but the only thing that increased were my calories.

Haha, I will honestly try ANYTHING to make veggies taste better! I would love to be able to snack on some carrots or something like that, but I have a taste for fruits more than anything!

WOW! Awesome! Thanks you all. I hope this helps, seeing as how I'm a huge carb freak and didn't even know it! I love making tortillas. Only problem is, I'm trying to tackle my issue with veggies, so I'm sure this will be a challenge! lol.

Yes, same here! I know I look more toned, and I feel tight, it's just the scale & measurements that have me irritated. I know I know, they don't show my body accurately, but let's face it, haha they are still VERY frustrating!

I unfortunately didn't take before pictures right before this new plan, but I have some from a month ago where I was only 2 pounds heavier, I may take a look at those! Surely that will make me feel better, lol!
