P90X- Foods to eat?

Okay, I reached my goal of 135 pounds by eating AT LEAST 1,200 calories a day. I am now starting P90x and I just want to TONE now. SO, my question is, how many calories and what not should I be eating so I can tone, WITHOUT gaining weight back? Please help! Feel free to message me info if you'd like! (: Thanks in advance!

    I hear food rich in protein is best and you have to eat little carbs... so try lean chicken, lean beef, fish and protein shakes. Also try beans and other things that are low in carbs, rich in protein. Good luck! I hope it works. I tried some P90X it was intense but unfortunately I didn't keep it up.

    I would up the calories to 1600-1800. This will still net about 1200 calories for the day since you will be burning around 400-600 per workout if not more. This can be a baseline and each week determine if you are gaining or losing and make adjustments to the calorie intake.
