Missing going to the Gym Peroneal Tendonitis
Never thought I would say this! I am missing my exercise routine. Off work with peroneal tendonitis and been told by physiotherapist to rest lots. Tendonitis - Resting and calorie intake Questions
I have been signed off work for 2 weeks and ordered by the doctor to rest my foot/ankle. What should I be doing to help the healing process? Should I reduce my calorie intake because I am going to be doing very little or wait and see? Currently eating 1500 calories a day. Thanks

I have started back at the gym and I am planning on going 5 times a week. Doing 40 minutes cardio and burning approx. 300 calories on 3 different machines. How do I build onto this? I only want to be in the gym for just over an hour each time. Thanks Sharon

Started on 10th June and have lost 13lbs so far. No weight loss this week
I have stuck to the calories 1350 all week and I am gutted that I haven't lost anything! I have lost 11lbs since 10th June so could this just be a slow week? Trying very hard not to let this demotivate me...any advice? Thanks

Swimming as exercise
Been going swimming most days and swimming 25 -30 lengths of a 25 metre pool. This is taking me about 30 - 40 minutes.
