No weight loss this week

I have stuck to the calories 1350 all week and I am gutted that I haven't lost anything!
I have lost 11lbs since 10th June so could this just be a slow week?
Trying very hard not to let this demotivate me...any advice?

Thanks

It's possible that even though there were no changes on the scale, your measurements have changed. Have you measured yourself at all?
Also, lower your expectations. You won't always lose weight each week. 11 lbs in 4 weeks is great. In fact, I started on the same day, June 10th and I've also lost 11 lbs.
Try to remember that you didn't put the weight on in a day, it's not going to come off in a day. You have to work hard, for a long time to see the changes. Stay the course and you'll get there eventually.

I didn't lose any weight this week either and only lost an inch on my body. I'm pissed and feeling discouraged about it, but there's nothing I can do about it now except work harder next week.

    I've los 1/2 lb in 21 days...but I have lost 8 3/4 inches in those same days.

    Measure differently

Weight loss is not linear, and it's very common not to see a loss every single weeks. While I was losing weight, there were several weeks that I stayed the same from the previous week, and some where I was even a little heavier, despite being very consistent with my calorie intake. It's just how it is. Your weight is constantly fluctuating. It can be affected by eating more/less sodium than usual, eating more/less carbs than usual, a greater/lesser volume of food/waste in your system (eg. the day before you weigh, you eat a ton of low calorie, but high volume vegetables), starting a new exercise programme, or changing the intensity of your exercise, alcohol intake and hormonal fluctuations. Retaining a little extra water one week can mask fat loss when you're looking at the scale.

11 lbs in a month is actually quite a lot, so you should absolutely not be discouraged. Make peace with the scale, it won't always show you what you want to see, but that doesn't mean you're not making progress.
