No calories burned for strength training?
anyone know why MFP doesn't give you calories burned for strength training. My sister did 75 minutes of it, worked up a right good sweat, but she felt deflated to see that MFP gave her a total of 0 calories burned. *she did this with a personal trainer so yes it was true honest to god work out.

I can't stand drinking just regular water. I like lemons in it, but that is counter productive as lemons are a dietetic. I am not a runny by any means. I am a part of the couch to 5k program and i will get that started. but since i have time this weekend i was wondering... do i walk the 10k distance today...to get my base line of how long it is and how slow i tend to walk it and what my stamina is or do i just start the couch to 5k training…
