Hello, is there anyone close to their goal and kind of blah right now. i am down to 119 and I am jsut worn out adn haven't been working out as hard as I should be. but on mon. I am going to get back on track. Is there anyone else liek this out there?

So I have lost 14lbs Since June and I am down to 118 but I believe I have hit a plateau and I prob will be losing inches not lbs. Working out in the AM
Hello, So i have been working out the morning instead of at night but I have noticed that if I weigh myself the following morning I am up in weight. I know I haven't gained that much because I have changed anything but working out in the a.m. does anyone else have this problem?
