Hello, is there anyone close to their goal and kind of blah right now. i am down to 119 and I am jsut worn out adn haven't been working out as hard as I should be. but on mon. I am going to get back on track. Is there anyone else liek this out there?

me unfortunately. i need to lose around 8 more lbs and i keep going back and forth about whether to just maintain or keep going. ive lost almost all motivation and even though i still work out i feel like im not doing anything.0

I'm kind of feeling the same thing I am down to 118 or 119 I would like to be 115 but I have been there for about 2 or 3 weeks i have been losing a lb a week. so I odn't think I can lose more lbs just inches. Good luck0
