Hello, So i have been working out the morning instead of at night but I have noticed that if I weigh myself the following morning I am up in weight. I know I haven't gained that much because I have changed anything but working out in the a.m. does anyone else have this problem?

My guess is when you workout at night you go to bed under hydrated so in the morning you wake up weighing less due to lack of water in your system.
When working out in the AM you have all day to re-hydrate yourself hence you are heavier when you weigh yourself.0 -
I always work out in the morning. I am too lazy to do so in the afternoon. I do find that when I have worked hard with the weights, my weight is always up the next day. I work with a trainer on Thursday mornings and every Friday, my weight is up.0
