Another little NSV
Had two people - that I see at least 6 days a week - yesterday tell me that they can tell that I've lost weight. That was great to hear. I haven't really moved the scale too much but I have taken measurements and I know I've lost a few. So I'm actually looking smaller as opposed to being lighter. I'll take it.

Don't really want to eat
Sitting at 876 calories left for the day. It's 7:30 at night and I'm stuffed from dinner. Is it really that bad to just let those calories go?

NSV - a little funny
I have on a pair of cordury pants today.... When I walk I can actually hear the cordury noise. I forgot these pants even made noise!!!

Frustration!! Help.
In one week I have gained 1.3 pounds - very frustrated by this. My question is - is it possible at the early stages of working out to gain 1.2 pounds of muscle in one 7 day period??? Little NSV that brought a BIG smile
It was a silly little NSV really but it had me smiling like I had just won the lottery.... When getting ready to go to the gym today I got to move my sports bra hooks in one row!!!!!!

From the top down
I think I remember hearing, and this was some time ago, that when you're losing weight you lose from the top down. See it in your face first then (for us girls) the breasts, then the belly and so on...... Anyone know if this is true or not?

WATP Burn?
Anyone know on average how many calories are burned doing a Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone. Or where I can find a calculation to get mine. I was surprised to not see it in the database anywhere. Or if some one knows an approximate speed of the walks.

Entering 'custom' frequently used foods
