Don't really want to eat

Sitting at 876 calories left for the day. It's 7:30 at night and I'm stuffed from dinner.

Is it really that bad to just let those calories go?

I would leave them. You might get hungry later tonight though.

I'm a strong advocate of listening to your body, I let hundreds of calories slip all the time as long as my daily intake was reasonable (>1200)

Save them for later in the week when you are hungry

I have that left too. I ate more than 1800 calories per day but had a mega workout this morning. I'm not hungry right now, so I'll hang on to the extra calories. I may be hungrier tomorrow - so if I go over a bit, I won't sweat it.

Generally I follow the if you are not hungry, don't eat rule. But I suggest drinking something, or having a piece of fruit before you sleep tonight.
