I have on a pair of cordury pants today....
When I walk I can actually hear the cordury noise. I forgot these pants even made noise!!!

Had to laugh because I bought a pair a couple of weeks ago and noticed the same thing - mind you I put it down to the fact that my thighs still rub together!0
