40lb transformation this year.... 80ish still to go!

Is it a cheat day if i'm eating back exercise calories?
basically, on sundays i do a shed lead of exercise, and then i have a large evening meal out at a restaurant with my better half. Does it count as a cheat day if I am just eating back those exercise cals, or does a cheat day have to be in the red?

HELP!camping for 4 days and need healthy guidance
