Need accountibility starting up again
I've been sick for about a month, but I'm finally better. I didn't exercise while I was sick, and I didn't eat very well. It's hard for me to want to get back to this. I feel like I've slid backward, and it's so hard to stop those habits. I need help please! Thanks!

Eating right on a budget
