Question for Fellow Teachers

Hey! I've been working really hard on drinking my 8 cups of water. Of course, this means I have a pee all the time. As you know, finding time to use the restroom is hard as a teacher. How do you get around this? Will my body eventually adjust? Thanks!

Mine has not adjusted yet! That is the worst thing about drinking water during the day while teaching. I work with a group that is pretty willing to help out. I usually grab one of the special ed teachers from another room and ask them to watch my class for me very quickly. Our staff bathrooms are not real far from my room, so it usually only takes me a couple of minutes. If it weren't for them, I don't know what I'd do!0
