How do you distribute your calories?
I do 250 breakfast, 500 or so at lunch and 600 or so at dinner usually. What about you?

I did an hour of cardio!
I know it doesn't mean much for anyone here but I have been struggling with exercise for almost all my adult life(shortness of breath) and I managed an hour(with breaks of course but hey!) I just feel so accomplished that I wanted to say something to someone lol :)

Dont eat back exercise calories?
My calorie goal is 1200, if i dont eat back the exercise calories, im at 900, isnt that dangerous?? I keep reading "dont eat back those calories", is that good advice or are people on higher calorie diets so that deficit still keeps them above the doctor recomended minimum of 1200?

hello! i was wondering, can the exercise database entries be wrong? i walked brisk pace for 20 minutes today and it says I burnt 104 calories or something. sounds a bit too high, no? i was expecting something like 40. is the database reliable for that?
