Ear numbness

I get this numb feeling right behind the right ear after I exercise(I do 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week). I started working out about 5 weeks ago. It has been happening for a bit now and I am wondering if it happens to anyone else? It is not accompanied by any other symptom and it doesn't really affect me, but if anyone else experienced it, I'd like to know what caused it or how I can make it go away. Thanks!
