30 DS. 2 levels back to back?
Hi all I've been doing 30DS level 1 for 8 days but I'd like to try to do Level 1 and then level 2 straight after so I get a 40 minute workout. DO you think this would be viable? Also should I still do the cool down and warm up or just skip straight to the actual workout of level 2? Hope this makes sense!

Battling depression and losing weight! Help!
