30 DS. 2 levels back to back?

Hi all

I've been doing 30DS level 1 for 8 days but I'd like to try to do Level 1 and then level 2 straight after so I get a 40 minute workout. DO you think this would be viable? Also should I still do the cool down and warm up or just skip straight to the actual workout of level 2? Hope this makes sense!

    always do a warm up and cool down,your muscles need it especially after her workouts! i have done 2 levels before back to back. The last time i did it was in march for a beach vacation and i did 2 levels, different ones daily so different muscles were targeted. but if you haven't done level 2 on it's own yet i woudl suggest you do so and then see how hard it is for you. same for level 3 as each are hard in their own different ways, then you can try 2 levels back to back. i am re doing my 30 ds right now and i did level 3 and i forgot how hard it is , i am actually sore for the 1st time since re doing the dvd.

    You can do two like that. I have, I just skip the cool down in between. In her other video Extreme Shed & Shred she actually has an option like that. Level 1, Level 2, or Level 1&2 with the cool down cut out of the middle. Good luck!
