I am ashamed to say that I have never cooked a speghetti squash. Do you bake it? Cut it in half? Eat the middle? Add it to something? I am curious about it...help?

Tracking a Crossfit workout
So if you are doing Crossfit workouts, how are you tracking them for exercise? Do you break down each exercise and log them all seperately or is there an easier way of doing it all as a group? Thanks!!

3 weeks post hysterectomy...any ideas on exercise?
So I have been cleared to do light activity such as walking and swimming, however I am not allowed to swim laps. Any ideas of pool exercises that I may be able to do? Walking gets boring lol Thanks!

Wii Zumba
I am thinking about getting Zumba for the Wii for an at home workout. I have never been to a Zumba class and I am not very coordinated lol I have read the reviews and they seem to be very positive and it seems like something that I would like.
