In Ketosis and hungy! Want Carbs!
I've been in ketosis for about 10 days and I am hungry! I also want to down a bag of tostitos with salsa. The hunger and desire for crunchy chips is increasing. Fried Chicken - how bad?
Am in ketosis but had terrible craving for Fried Chicken. Had two breasts and a wing. Do you think I just knocked myself out of ketosis?

Unsweetened Coconut?
Went to the store this morning. I can find 5 different variations of Sweetened coconut but nothing unsweetened. Where am I supposed to find this? And while I'm at it, as a newbie to this type of eating, I am now noticing how much crap the stores subject us to.

Need more fat!
I never thought I would say those words! But my protein intake is too high (between 105 and 115; should be around 65 or 70) and my fat intake is too low. Need ideas please for how to increase fats and decrease proteins.

Hotel room fitness - ideas please
It seems so many have so much success with 30 day shred, P90x and others but they all require structured commitment. I travel quite a bit for work and need something like those programs that can be done in a hotel room in front of my computer or while home so I stay on track. Ideas please?
