So I work where I'm constantly walking around. I never ever sit down. I'm curious if that would be okay to add as cardio because I am working out as well as always walking. I mean I'm lucky if I can sit for more than 5 minutes.

Hi everyone! So, I started using mfp about a year ago and I lost 26 lbs. Over the craziness of 2013 I ended up gaining ALL of that back plus 3 lbs. So, here I am again! Calorie Intake
I can't seem to eat enough anymore and I don't know why. I only get about 700-900 calories a day then to add exercise I'm just in a bad spot. Anyone have any ideas to help increase my appetite?
