Anyone up for a sit up challenge?

Here's how it'll work...

Test yourself... Do as many sit ups as you possibly can.
If its 15 and under start with 10 situps everyday adding 5 each day.
If its 30 and under start with 25 situps and add 7 each day.
If its 30 or more start with 30 situps and add 10 each day.

How to do a proper situp:

knees bent under something to keep you down
sit up to a 45 degree angle hold for 2 seconds then go back down
