So I work where I'm constantly walking around. I never ever sit down. I'm curious if that would be okay to add as cardio because I am working out as well as always walking. I mean I'm lucky if I can sit for more than 5 minutes.

  • Just adjust your activity level to active in the settings.

    The rule of thumb is - if it didnt stop you from gaining weight - it wont help you lose it.

    Best solution? change your settings in MFP to a life that is 'lightly active' and that will cover that burn.
